Certified Fellow Project Manager (CFPM) is the highest licensing cadre for project management practice in Nigeria under the CIPMN regulation. This category confers full legal and regulatory authority to lead and oversee project management activities and delivery. CFPM holders are qualified to manage projects of unlimited budgets across any currency and are prioritized for high-level operations and coordination roles. They are equipped to supervise and direct project delivery both locally and internationally. The Institute may call upon them to evaluate and supervise the performance of other licensing categories.
